Back to doing what she loves, after almost 8 years as a VP Managing Broker for one of the most prestigious Brokerages in the world, she returns to her true calling, selling. With more than 25 years of combined experience in management and sales, first as a Luxury Sales agent and later as the Managing Broker for Berkshire Hathaway EWM Realty in Miami, Nayla is excited to be back selling Luxury Real Estate.

She believes that there is a true art to matching people not only to their ideal home but also to a neighborhood and a community. It’s not just knowing your customers' needs but understanding the market you are representing. She is a professional that knows how to adapt and manage even the most difficult of situations. Delivering top level service is what you can expect when working with Nayla, she holds multiple accreditations as Expert Negotiator, Seller's Representative & Buyer's Representative amongst others.

On her down time, you will definitely find her spending time with her husband and her two kids. She is a modern-day soccer Mom that will find a way to make it to her son's games or grab a quick game of Pickleball in Coconut Grove.

She is also an active member of her community, she started a women's walking group in Coconut Grove called Walkaholics and is on the Board of Coral Gables Senior High PTSA. She is a Governor for the Miami Association of Realtors Residential Board, she believes that in order to generate change you need to have a voice and be an active member in your community.
